I started this like, two… maybe three months ago? And I finally finished today. THANK GOD. I never want to draw these characters again because HOLY HELL THEIR OUTFITS ARE DETAILED. LIKE RIDICULOUSLY DETAILED. ESPECIALLY LOKI. LOKI WHY DO YOU HAVE SO MANY LAYERS HOW DO YOU NOT OVER HEAT IS IT BECAUSE YOU’RE A FROST GIANT OR?????

but yeah. lol Here’s Natasha Romanoff (Black Widow), Clint Barton (Hawkeye), Bruce Banner (Hulk not depicted here—I might draw that later. might.), Tony Stark (Iron Man), Steve Rogers (Captain America), Thor Odinson, and Loki Laufeyson/Odinson all in Butch Hartman style. This style can be a pain in the butt I swear. But I think it all came out well.

I drew this mostly to test my skill with the Danny Phantom/Butch Hartman style. (I say Danny Phantom because DP is a lot more detailed compared to Fairly Odd Parents) This was definitely a fun exercise but damn it was a pain to finish and add all the little bits of detail. After drawing this I realized how many unnecessary details all the Avenger’s (plus Loki) have on their outfits. WHY RANDOM ZIPPERS? WHY SO MANY LAYERS? WHY SO MANY BUCKLES?? WHYYY dsagl;dahk;

Some details are kinda hard to see. Like, Thor’s cape is outlined in dark red, and his silver armor is outlined in dark gray. Also, all of the colors were color-picked from photos of the cast. Some of them I tweaked to make them match a little better, or be a different shade/hue of gold or purple or red. I wanted the colors to all match the perfectly, but sometimes the photos don’t have the right colors or it’s difficult to get the right shade. But damn, with all the trouble that caused me, I think I did good! Especially with the skin color.

And if you notice, Loki has two different eye colors. One eye is green, and the other is blue. Loki’s eye color in Thor was green, but in The Avengers they became blue. It’s a reference to the theory that Loki might’ve been controlled by the tesseract, Chitauri, Thanos, whoever. lol Ironically, the two colors were picked from the same image. Such colorful eyes you have, Tom~
